The ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID) serves as the financial arm of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).

Its mission is to foster the development of a robust, industrialised, and prosperous West Africa that is fully integrated into the global economy, leveraging the opportunities and benefits of globalisation. EBID is dedicated to collaborating with financial institutions and strategic partners to implement the regional project and its Ghanaian chapter.
